Called just now said he was from Pocklington Town council. He could hardly speak English and couldn t even pronounce the name of his "employer"! Said I had been involved in an accident and that there was compensation available to me. It s the fault of the insurance companies selling personal information to these cowboys.

I blocked this number 01372519728 because I tried to call and find out who was calling. It beeped 3 times and cut off. I believe this is a dangerous scam and so I blocked it.

Foreign voice who couldn’t pronounce my name so put the phone down. So cannot comment on the genuineness of the call.
