Had a liverpudlian girl called Lucy call me just from 01704222222, said she was calling from Alderley Assist, got the usual call centre spiel, had my name on file which I confirmed. I asked her what I could do for her and to cut to the chase as I was busy and got a mouthful of abuse being called and ugly [email protected] and other nice names. Was called by a man with an Indian accent that I had overpaid a loan and was due a refund. No more details as I hung up
Came home to an automated message on my answerphone claiming I had failed to pay a court order and bailiffs were on their way. No name and when I called the company they said they had no record of the account no they had left in the message and no record of my phone no. The message was threatening and it took 20 rep,ays to work out their phone no. It is disgusting that they can leave this type of message .
