Caller hung up without speaking as soon as my answerphone message mentioned nuisance callers! I call blocked the number and added it to my B.T. Blacklist. Job done!

Said they were working with my life insurance provider to review my policy. Took this as being false as I've never had a review in the 18 years I've had the policy.
pretends to know you or a family member. then asks if the number he has rung is at a street he says, .... unfortunately i said my street name. !! he repeats his speech and then hangs up !!!! i have read after google search that this is a scam ..... so beware !
