SCAM
It's a blatant scam. I had a phone call 4 times every hour and when I answered an Indian lady claiming that her name is "Jenny" from Eco Energy Installation and was inquiring about how old my boiler is as there is a government scheme for a free one. If anyone gets a call from this I would just block it as it is not a legitimate company and the number used is a mobile not landline.

This number called my home twice now. Fist time she reported in terribly broken English that they are calling from BY Telecommunications services and my modem and computer are faulty. They don t like being laughed at. Hahaha. They shouted a few insults then hung up. Second call the same...

Fraud Automated message saying my national insurance was suspended and to hold for fraud officer. Is it me but these scam callers losing their edge these days. Who in their right mind would hold to speak to a "fraud officer" after getting a automated message. Plus when has the UK civil service ever suspend a national insurance number or use automated caller to ring up potential fraud cases.
