They said they were HMRC and they said there has been an arrest worent because they said that I owe money for tax evasion and tax fraud I think this may be a scam as I called them back and it says that its an invalid number what going on

spam call this morning, poor quality line, asian accent, asking repeatedly for person without revealing why calling
SCAM Caller said they were from Amazon and that I would have a high payment charged monthly (£79.99) unless cancelled and the caller was going to "help me" cancel my Amazon Prime subscription. After some arguing (as she tried to get me to stay on the line), I hung up and checked Amazon website going through their online chatbot. They said it was not them and took me to the Action Fraud website to report it. I would suggest you do the same, block the number and then change you passwor
