Extremely aggressive young man who phoned my mother repeatedly and was threatening in voice. Tried to get police to do something - they said they can only act on actual verbal threats

SCAM - claimed to be national accident helpline for the accident I had been in. I've not been in an accident and don't drive.

Didn t actually pick up because I don t answer numbers I don t recognise. Only rang 2 or 3 times - no voice mail left. Looked up the number and found this, so just adding my comment to suggest its probably not a legitimate call.
