SCAM - this is a scam number - 'Eric' from the Philippines, in a call centre, claiming to be calling from 'Universal Appliances' - no such firm exists. BLOCK THE NUMBER. They call repeatedly, several times a day - usually near 9am, 1pm and 5pm. DANGEROUS for elderly and vulnerable people.
Who ever they are, has a terrible phone system. It keeps breaking up.

SCAM / SPAM automatic recorded answer stating they were from HMRC and that I needed to press 1 and if I didn’t they would be issuing a warrant in my name for tax fraud???
