This number is apparently used for telemarketing. The caller makes an unsolicited call (I do not know where did they take my number), says he is from "Trader Education", proposes to talk on financial markets, and would have proceeded to make marketing offers if he had not been refused and stopped by me.
Message telling me HMRC are investigating me and going to issue an arrest warrant today. Same message received a couple of weeks ago, still not been arrested...
