Totally agree with the above comments, extremely rude. Telephone manner is something they really need to work on. Especially when they call individuals liars!
New made number of some scam no doubt
Fake tech support scammers pretending to be form Microsoft, do not call or take their calls! If you get a pop up telling you to call it just press Alt + F4 to close the window, using the back button will not work.

Indian man called re error messages from my computer. Told me to press Windows and R. I pretended to do so. then he asked what I could see. I said a warning message about them then put the phone down.
