Scam call. Pretends to be from O2 offering half price bills. As soon as you say you're not with O2, it hangs up. Local London number but poor quality/routed phone line.

They are fishing for personal information and they have scripts to get details from us. They often call because such like as Orange, Vodafone etc, do sell phone numbers..
