the guy called. Asked for a different person and when i told him this number does not belong to that person. He burped and hung up. I tried calling back to complain there is no number or message for that.

asking for a name of someone made up. Then said who pays for the gas and electric in the house. ? Sounded like a child or very young woman. Never said who they were or what company. Very childish.
Harassment call. Hung up when asked who they were. Blocked.
