These people ring up but provide no information as to what the debt is for or where. I refuse to speak with them so if they want to make contact they will need to write.
Received a text from this number stating I haven’t completed the government census and have been fined £200. I completed the census two months ago and sent it off and yet I have received this text. Possibly spam, have chased it up with the census office.

SCAM you cannot ring back the number. BT has this as a disconnected number... so obviously SCAMMERS. DO NOT ANSWER AND IMMEDIATELY BLOCK.
