Never talk to them. Just hand up right away. They will try and get you to redirect the call, which will cost a lot of money. NEVER do anything, just hang up!
Seems to be used for some really wide-scope telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1183282xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with very sophisticated robocalls, sometimes classical RTA - ''you have been in a car accident'', sometimes Microsoft support - general computer support, in most cases unsolicited. Four missed calls from them on my mobile and then one on my landline 20.2.17 Talking about making a claim for an accident that my car was involved in March 2016. My car was parked at the time and the resulting claim was dealt with by Direct Line. I asked to speak to the manager and what number I was being rung on (in case when I 1471 it might say number withheld. Billy the so called manager refused to give me his surname. he then said their number was 0800 376 0185 but when I did 1471 it was 01513759718
