Called several times over the past few weeks, only remembered to write the number down today. Calling to offer to reduce our TV insurance fee from £7 to £5 per month and asked for bank details to "change the direct debit". We don't have specific TV insurance and the address they had for us was wrong by several years. Obvious scam, do not give them any info.
