Called 10.17am 12th. Oct.left no message on answer phone.

Waffled on about global pandemic and making small. I had to ask him twice who he was and what he wanted. Eventually, he said he wanted me to participate in an economic survey. I told him, no thank you, I wasn't interested, he kept trying to talk over me and I hung up. A few seconds later he rang back asking why I hung up. I told him again I'm not interested in whatever it is. He answered back 'not interested in what' getting confrontational. I hung up again.

Automated call from "HMRC" warning of tax compliance issues that could lead to imprisonment etc. etc. Instructed to phone back urgently. (Checked for any messages on my HMRC account instead)
Pretending to be from my service provider warning me about illegal activity on my network and saying I would be cut off within 24 hours and to press one to talk to someone. Annoying possibly Dangerous!
