really nice and polite young man.. he called and we chatted for a bit then gave the reason for his call when I explained the service he were not what we are looking, he kindly wished me luck and we parted ways but over all really lovely chap

Had a missed call at 9:49. Called back at 9:59 to be told they hadn't called me and I had been scammed. Asked who I was but wouldn't tell me who they were. Hung up the call.
Scam - re-routed to India call centre. Said that a HMRC tax fraud case was open under my name and that I should press '1' to speak to the case manager.

Thanked me for loyalty to Amex and knew card type and when I originally got the card. Trying to sell small claims insurance. Refused to send information by post and hung up immediately when I said I was therefore not interested.
