Been ringing me for over a week I dont answer but they dont leave a voicemail either. Cancelled my membership, which they are aware of. Just blocked the number - had enough of the calls!

Female caller with asian accent claiming to be from BT. She said they were going to disconnect my internet as they have been receiving messages showing it is infected with malware. Asked me to switch on computer and she would guide me through getting rid of malware. I told her I was hanging up and contacting BT. I phoned BT and they told me it was a scam, no one from them had called me. Do Not give any personal information and hang up!
