Believe to be a scam call? said they had my number as I was listed to be in debt to over ?5000!! and were offering me advice, claimed to be citizens advice centre, based in birmingham. After asking details about them, they hung up!

Recorded message threatening me with court action, an the removal of my national insurance number. Press 1 to speak to an officer. This is particularly threatening and will cause many vulnerable to press 1. It is a scam.
No idea who they are or what they want because the moment you answer they hang up. When you try to ring back its an unrecognised number......... that says to me its dodgy.
