Called my mobile regarding an accident I had that was not my fault. Asked where got info from & she said National Accident Statistics. Said info is wrong not had accident fault or non fault as don t even drive & she said will removed my name from their database - but I doubt she will though

Called on 10th Feb 2023. Man with an Indian accent claiming to be from Virgin Media. Told me our IP address had been hacked and changed from a UK to a US one. Obviously total rubbish and scam. Wanted me to speak to a 'very knowledgeable engineer' to connect to my computer and 'fix it'. No doubt wanted me to connect to and open a scam website. He eventually hung up when I told him I was actually a network engineer but was quite persistent.

This was an automated message claiming to be from BT stating that my internet connections was to be closed down unless I did. At this point I put the phone down, I assumed it was going to suggest I set something up or rang another number It also showed up as an international call
