Got a call from 01924659020 today, twice! First time it said I had been cleared from a conference call..... The second time I had missed it and when I tried ringing back it said...

Claim to be calling for my unnamed bank about suspicious charges from Amazon and an international money transfer. Wanted me to key in a response to speak with an “adviser”. Seems to be a scam/phishing for bank information.

They claimed to be from my bank (VM money was Yorkshre Bank) to ask me about potential fraud on my card. (£52 on Argos in Aberdeen) I was supicious when they got agressive when I didn't know my banking paswword and I said I would have to call them back. I called the fraud number I have in my phone (0800 121 4251) and they confirmed it wasn't them that called me before. The chap on the actual fraud line also said that the real bank won't ask for any part of or all your internet banking password EVER!
phoned earlier by this number trying to tell me about a problem i have with BT internet. I am not with BT internet.It phoned me again this afternoon and i answered to a computer generated Goodbye
