Indian chap (friendly enough) pretending to be from the Citizens Advice Bureau (note mobile number) saying that as I owed Barclays over £ 3 k I could do an IVA. He hung up after I asked him a couple of questions. He had trouble reading off a pre prepared script which was a bit of a give away.
Called me, totally butchered my name, and then hung up on me.
