SCAM / SPAM Claims to be from Netflix saying payment has failed. Contains a link to a website. I didn't open it to see but assume its asking for bank details.
This number was given to me on 16.04.14 by a person under the username helen34norfolk on oasis.com. They sent a message then deleted their profile!
