I missed 4 calls from this number so guessed would be a Nuisance Call. Purportedly is the NHS Health Centre. They ask have u been vaccinated, are u well etc etc and then they ask one final question Are You Covered For Lufe Insurance. I already had this pegged as a nuisance number but wanted to know Real Reason for call. Have had several calls from this number, when I asked where they got my number from was told the standard lie "opt-in data". They are just cold calling people with the hope of conning you - do not share your information with this outfit. What I do is when I have a spare minute I WITHHOLD my number and bombard these parasite with random calls. So If you can spare the time just keep calling these parasites back from a withheld number - see how they like it!

If you miss your payments then i agree a call to either take payment or talk about how you intend to meet the payments, but not 6 times a day, and you need to update customer management systems of previous conversations. REMEMBER never go through security on an incoming call, always call them back, this is just a hired call center doing their debt collection, you dont know what they are doing with your data
