Be very carefull. Scammers are using this number in text messages to appear to be genuine BT enginers. Rather worrying as they appear to be organising a home visit. They are not BT.
Absolute Scam, plausible phone call pertaining to be from Amazon. Do not let them into your account or download anything. Please Take care.
