This number is TowerGate Insurance brokers and to be fair I did attempt an online quote providing my contact number before they rang. I have marked as a telemarketer but all they tried to do was push for me to purchase online quote.

I would urge anyone receiving calls from this number to report their experience to Action Fraud and Ofcom. This number belongs to a company called Allclaim Solutions, but they might call themselves ACS. They target the elderly and vulnerable and their main objective is to obtain bank details for anything from insurance for washing machines to rebates for Council Tax. It s a complete scam. When answered line went dead after a few seconds. Tried calling back and goes straight to answerphone. Unknown if legit?
Just had a missed call - says Rochdale area for code, but nothing on the number. They didn't leave a message which always makes me suspicious.
