Clearly an illegal marketing scam. They think of anybody s name when they call and then, when you say you aren t them, they just carry on, saying that what they are selling will probably interest you anyway. Con merchants.

Banana Chap Lighten up as Steven put I generally like to Wind these arses up giving them a correct sort code as they can instantly check this but make up account no,s then seem unsure but keep them dangling on the end of the phone. I sometimes ask them to hold if someones in my office but always get back to them and 23 mins is my record I like to ask questions then give silence eventually they say "hello " I reply hello back the caller normally states they thought I had gone been cut off I say no just waiti

persistent calls even although told not interested. no added to my call ban list! end o problem.

This number has called me twice a day for a couple of weeks. If I pick the phone up all I get is silence. How can they be stopped?
