Claimed to be from my bank saying we had possible fraud activity on our acct. Someone had tried to set up direct debits for aviva and netflix and other activity. Two males with scottish accents, possibly same man!

Called at about 6pm on landline, hung up as I answered after about 4 rings.
I am curious to know why I needed to ting this phone no. 0844 8110924 ( found on my phone bill) 4 times within 2 minutes, and charged each time. If anyone knows who it belongs to I’d like to know.
Some one called on my partner's mobile phone - a number that she shares very rarely if not at all. Toby, the caller, announced that my partner had won the lottery, to which she responded, "Oh, really? Do you want my banking details?" At which point 'Toby' hung up. Called from this number 08.31 today - caller claimed to be from my bank and that there had been suspicious payments on my bank card. This was followed by the usual requests that I press numbers to confirm or reject these payments, I did neither just hung up and checked my bank information.
Missed call. I didnt answer as I dont know the number.
Call center - Claimed to be from EE. I suspect this to be a fraudulent call.
