I have also received a lot of calls from this company at differing times of the day, about 2 per week from November last year! They stopped for a month but have started again this week. Because of the large amount of spam calls I get I never answer the phone, just listen to the message and then delete it! If they were genuine, I m sure they would ask for me by name or send a letter, neither of which has ever happened.

Apparently advertising in local hospital magazine. Using mature females rather than our asian colleagues (obvs to make the business they are calling more receptive) same tactics as always. push push push. I've asked for a copy of their magazine by email but still waiting. "when should we call back half an hour"? All small businesses cannot commit to a callback when we don't have a call centre ourselves. It's a joke. Now she's just going to keep ringing until I book a slot or have to be rud
