Asked for someone by name (not me), I said wrong number, she asked me to answer survey questions.
This number came up on my phone with a message saying my paypal account was suspended and a link to follow. Anyone know if this is scam please.

The phone number 020 8126 4659 is being used for purposes of FRAUD and does not belong to the Inland Revenue. I had a call from them today claiming to be from the Inland revenue, the guy on the phone spoke very bad English and was very difficult to understand but the little I understood he was saying he was from the inland revenue and I owed then £3000 unpaid tax from 2015 to 2019 period, I kept asking him to repeat things as I had difficulty understanding him and he got angry and started to swear, this set
