Caller stated from The Energy Centre - mumbled some incomprehensible stuff but I got the gist it was about double glazing. I interrupted him, apologised and rung off.
called at 8.45, as number not recognised allowed answer service to pick up - silence!

i do not like the way this company operates. Service reps do nott turn up for appointments and when they eventually do so they try aggressive sales techniques to get you to enter a contract even though they have been told not at the outset that I do not want one. Still waiting for a replacement light after 4 months. Also the last person that came stank so much of nicotine I had to use my inhaler twice. Not impressed.

Automated call claiming to be Halifax Fraud Dept & ask you to call them back with the three digit code they give you. I used the number on the back of my card instead and while there were fraudulent payments on my card. Halifax sorted it but I believe it was a fishing call to get more information so they could use my card

Same as antispam above. Told the caller "computer helpdesk" was so last years scam and he was talking rubbish. Caller soon hung up. called at 19.00 hrs.
Replied and they put the phone down.
