Recorded message said they were the national crime agency and my internet connection would be cut in 20 minutes. To speak to someone they asked me to press 1. I put the phone down.
SCAM. Caller claimed to be phoning on behalf of both BT and Openreach. First of all there were problems with the phone line and then with broadband. I told him if he was for real, as he had my landline number he could put his concerns in writing, and hung up.
