Cold calling about an accident (I haven?t had any) I could get compensation for. I asked her to remove my details from their system twice and she refused to acknowledge me, and instead kept insisting I?d had some kind of accident. When questioned she said they got my details from HSE, but put the phone down on me when I questioned further.

I advertised my car online for sale and was called by this number regarding an updated valuation on my car. I advised that I had sold the vehicle and was told I would not be contacted again and records updated. CS was very friendly and I did not feel like it was a nuisance call.
Absolute bastards. Keep ringing almost everyday, have asked them politely to remove me from their database but still keep ringing. Apparently being registered withe TPS is not enough to stop these scammers.
