I've got a number in that range. It was a Vodafone number 20 years ago, but I have migrated it through all the main networks since that time. There is no reason to believe a number this old is still Vodafone.
Missed call, tried ringing back - number not recognised so BLOCKED it.

Automated call from the company asking for a person who has never lived at me property and who I have no idea is. They call twice a day and they are driving me nuts. It makes no difference when you press 2 to say you are not the person they are asking for they still continue to call you.
