I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. Keep calling our business number so have lots of missed calls from them when not in - they either hang up after a couple of rings or don t say anything/hang up as soon as we answer - nuisance!
