Tried to return call to make a complaint, but constantly engaged. Www says company is bogus, so beware!

This number is an agency which runs lifeline fobs for the elderly, the agency called to say my mums alarm was going off and alerted me as they could not contact her. Genuine number

I found this number on my incoming calls list. When I tried to return the call a message said "Sorry, this number does not exist" It appears to be a spoofed number
