Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background. Number not known to me, since it has been searched 69 times I assume this is marketing or such like. My opinion is cold calling and unwanted by me so a nuisance.
No idea who it was but the heavy Indian-Pakistani accent meant that I had no idea what this person was saying. Hard to believe any legitimate company hires someone who’s accent make them unintelligible. Blocked.

Caller addressed me by my first name but that was all I could understand, the noise going on in the background (His) drowned out everything else he was saying. He didnt give me a number but tried to say he could prove he was from the FCA bu searching their site for a reference number - the ref number linked to a real person but not someone who worked for the FCA. I think this is a spoof number as it is a not in service number and does not leave a message on answer machine. This number cannot be contacted.
