People this is wild :). Seems to be some call centre working for multiple clients (or fake companies), similar numbers of the same range 016185401xx are already reported with life insurance, car accident chasers, financial management (debts, loans, pensions) - companies Legal Advice, QTS... I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very useful for call centres). No problems.

The same text message is sent repeatedly and there is no way to speak to a person just a computer. This is not a service that was asked for or needed. Obviously fraudulent. This number just called stated that I’ve been in an accident and asked for details of the accident so I hung up and redialed if using with held and a lady answers and asks what I want and I asked why she called me and asked if I was in an accident and she’s said she didn’t call me and I told her if she calls me again I will go to the police and she hung up. Don’t no if it’s a scam or not but really weird plus she was nervous on the phone cuz you would hear it in her voice.

SCAM They referred to the national "Renewable Energy Database" and hung up on me when I questioned how they had information about my loft insulation when I have never told anyone! The Database exists but it does NOT have this information. It is for tracking "the progress of UK renewable electricity projects over 150kW through the planning system".
