SCAM - Recorded message claiming to have noted fraudulent activity associated with my National Insurance number. Instructed to press 1 to speak with an officer. Very worrying language and potential for people to get scammed.
Scam call, said they were from Amazon.
I couldn t understand much of what they were trying to say, on the 3 calls. Line with lots of cuts, so I didn t felt much comfortable with the call looking as some sort of scheme.

I didn't get a chance to reject any offer though as they spoke so fast with a thick accent, that I couldn't understand what was being said. I then asked him to repeat & he said 'bye' & hung up... Tell you that there is an arrest warrant issued for tax evasion and if you want to sort it before they attend to press an option. Scam call. Doesn’t matter if you block the call they just keep on from different telephone numbers, same recorded message
SCAM / SPAM threatening automated call claiming to be from HMRC and that there is fraud investigation and if you don't press one and talk to the "tax officer" a warrant will be issued and you will be arrested shortly

Calling that 0800 number says they are Stellar a partner of BT, and to call BT on 0800 028 2272. Don t bother if you aren t on BT. They ll tell you "you aren t on BT, we have no record of you!". Useless. A websearch for Stellar suggests 01294 225300. Calling that number: 1) they confirm the 0800 044 5265 caller ID is them calling on behalf of BT. 2) They ll remove our number from
