Caller rang early this morning and failed to respond to phone id question and rang off.

Clearly a scam. "Your article is on its way back to your local office" (wording to that effect). Then instructing to click on a link.

These JOKERS are a SCAM JOB, and have CHANGED THEIR PHONE NUMBER TO TRY AND CATCH US OUT. Call Blocking Services active on the OLD NUMBER can t help.
