Supposedly HMRC need to speak to me or my lawyer as a matter of urgency or I will ?face the legal consequences?. I need to call a hotline back blah blah. Disgusts me that there are these dodgy scam artists out there trying to take advantage of people. They need shooting!!

DON’T ring these numbers back or you may get caught for a huge phone charge.

Calls to tell me that I have money waiting for me as the result of an accident. I have had no accident in the past 20 years. Texted to stop calling me to no avail. 12 calls from this number in the last 5 days. 9 since I requested that the calls cease.

Said it was BT calling about my Internet. Indian accent, phone number maybe from Australia according to the country code.

did my usual for a number I don t know, answered phone, but kept quiet, waited for the other end to say something. as usual, a couple of seconds and the machine at the other end hung up.

Really pushy, rude and aggressive broadband sales pitch! Hung up when I asked for more information as to where they were calling from

He was screaming down the phone at me telling me how rude I was and calling me all the names under the sun just because I told him that I don t have time to take a sales call and could he please email any info he has through for me to look at! Similar experience to Tuglet ... Caller claimed OH had been getting lots of nuisance calls, I said no, he never picks up the phone unless he knows the number and if our phone does not block them automatically, then I did and put the phone down. Now polite I know but expected the hard sell.

Safe, rang me about a telephone fault

Someone called me. No message

Called 4 times yesterday and so far 3 times today. Really annoying me now!! They say they can get you ?3000 in compensation for PPI misspelling. They want to know every personal detail about you. I ve told them not to call again, but that was ignored!

Allan called this afternoon to sell their product at ?3-20 a year to stop all nuisance calls to our landline number. I said I will look into this and call back. He gave me his contact number as 08006226710
