had a text supposedly from Apple pay to say my card had been suspended and to follow a link. Tried the just to see where it would take me and got a dangerous attempt at a scam message on my phone. This is what i thought as mty card seems ok. Beware of this number

I lady called me saying she had frozen a transaction from going to a offshore account in China. The currency was bitcoin. This was odd as these transactions go to a bit coin wallet then to a debit card that is registered on your account. She did no DPA to verify that I was the account holder. Then she wanted me to download a app I refused so she asked if I have a pc or laptop. I said pc she wanted to screen share. I would do no such things I told her then hug up.

Claimed to be from UPS International asking me to select language, then went into Chinese. Eventually hung up!

this number keeps phoning saying Ithey are from amazon and that I have had money taken out of my bank account on two separate occasions totalling £2000 I have to phone them back to sort it out. contacted my bank nothing has been taken out this is a SCAM

Fraud Called pretending to be instructed by an United Kingdom Insurance Limited. He spoke very convincingly and was stubborn that the call was "not out of the blue" that he was instructed to call me because they had to transfer funds to me in relation to driving accident that was not my fault. Called about a motorcycle accident only 6 days ago (about which I'd only spoken to insurance company) - their info was several days old and when I asked who they were and why they were contacting me they asked why I was being rude and then hung up! - all the signs of a dodgy '3rd party claims vulture' if you ask me!!
