Possible spam or scam call. Caller mumbled something about BT openreach and tried to have a conversation with me. When I enquired what the call was about, he replied that he "just wanted to talk to me"....???? And then hung up.

SCAM- 0128 240981 I've been bombarded by calls from similar 0128 numbers for past couple weeks. I finally answered this one today (28th October) and it was a lady with an oversees accent with echoey background noise saying she was from the National Debtline. She knew my name and kept asking me to confirm it but I didn't and I kept asking who she was then hung up when she said she was from the debtline. They don't cold call you and it's a totally different number so I blocked it.

This woman with a very liverpudlian accent rang me today said she was ringing about a RTA I had and ringing to help. When I said it had been sorted and please take my number off your database and stop ringing me it was in 2013. She was so abusive and ended in if you keep your hair on a minute I may take it off. When I rang back to complain the answer says , this number is not in service. Scum just scum speaking to people like this. I am so angry I want to find out who they are.

Gets you to go online, shows you shed load of viruses, licence expiry and explains due to this you no longer have any security on your pc, the security on pc you have therefore won t work until you pay for the licence agreement renewal and pay £400 for a lifetime security installation from Windows.
