This is a company called www.ppiclaimine.com. They have a freephone number 0800 0783542 which took me an age to track down. The person who has been harassing me for 2-years now is well spoken but with a potty mouth when challenged. Please keep on calling this number (it s free and you have nothing to lose). A recorded mail voice claiming to be from HMRC saying that they have a case against me and to press 1 to speak to my case officer. A definite dangerous scam. I am registered with TPS - they are definitely breaking the law.
