Recorded message requesting I dial 5 to claim a bonus or 9 to unsubscribe. Traced origin back to an service provider who offers non-local firms geogrhic numbers. Called Action Fraud who confirmed it was fraudulent and took the details of the number which they said would be handed to police.

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases free boiler replacement scam). I recommend to block the whole 84305006xx range... I had the same experience
Claiming that you are entitled to a £1500 refund per person on an all inclusive holiday from ABTA due to levels of cleanliness being below the standard required. They didn't know who I booked through or where I went. Clear case of a scam. No-one who can't verify these poor conditions would be entitled to a refund, let alone one that was for more than the cost of the holiday.
