Claimed to be from my internet provider (didn't know who that was, when asked), but claimed to know that I was not getting the internet speed I should. SCAM This number preys on those in debt. If you are in debt, don't be fooled into thinking these people can help you. I have to UK based lenders that I am paying back and missed to payments due to being out of work during the pandemic. Why would my lenders send cold calls from Russia to collect payments when everyother person I have spoken to and all of the call centres have been based in the UK? Use your intuition, if it does seem right, then it isn't. No lender would call from a mobile phone. Massive S

The representative of a bank, but not my bank wanted to advise me. He also went simply from the fact that I am with the said bank. I will not mention the name because I think that the man does not really work for the bank. It all sounded very much like sales pitch.

I ve just been called by this number, when I picked up the call, there was no sound, no answer, so I ended the call, then got a withheld number calling literally a minute later, which went to voicemail (the message was unintelligable). Then a minute later I got an SMS to my mobile from 08447362490 asking them to call back on that number. Searching that number indicates it s from Link Financial Outsourcing, a debt collection company.
