Thought it was a local call so I answered. RK Legal asked for me by name and said they were calling in regards to a non-existent accident I had. When I said this wasn't the case, he hung up. Liverpool accent.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 14227180xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing, PPI claims, accident chasers.
