My son with special needs got a barrage of calls from this number spoofing police calls that he got involved in a car accident on the M5, another call saying that they are bailiffs saying that they owe them £1,600. Poor reception where I was when I answered so they couldn't hear me, but they knew my name, eventually they hung up. I rang the number back later and immediately heard an automated message saying my custom was important to them and I would be answered by the next available agent but no-where in the message did they reveal who they were so hung up.
The person appeared to be from a debt management company. He knew my name. I told him that I do not require his services and that this a spam call.

Second call in 2 days. Appears to be An Amazon Prime scam. Delay on the phone line, then message kicked in regarding renewal of Amazon Prime and to press button 1 to speak to service manager. Hung up as I don’t have Amazon Prime.
As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.

Call received from this number today, 27 February 2023 @ 10:16. I did not answer, but they left a message, which I felt was an attempt to trick me into responding in order to avoid paying unlawful requests for several hundred pounds.
