Call(s) to my 93 year old mum who lives alone. She has 3 calls that she made to that number- said ?National? on phone bill - one of the calls lasted almost 15 minutes. She doesn?t remember them at all unfortunately so don?t know the reason for calls.

I rang the number back it’s about PPI saying I had money back in 2019 I told the lady I didn’t receive any money and to remove me from their database She started to raise her voice asking why would they do that when I had received money! I told her I had NOT received any money and to remove me from database. She started to speak I cut her short and said these calls should be removed remove me immediately and hung up. They sent me a message saying they’re from Three and I needed to fill update my billing information in order to not get ‘cancelled’, which is a bit odd since I use a Pay-as-you-go. They sent me a link to some authentic-looking website but with a suspicious URL.
SMS supposedly from ParcelForce "sorry we missed you earlier... " with a link to parcelforce-gb.co/deliver to 'book a redelivery' 1. It arrived at 17:41 today - Sunday, 2. I'm not expecting any parcels 3. The tracking number appended to the link wasn't recognised by the genuine ParcelForce tracking site.
