This is because your insurer has sold on your contact details to this third party who will try to get you to make accident claims for a cut of the payout. I believe this is a number possibly from Pure Cremation. I you have shown interest in arranging your own future cremation via your phone used and did not do so they will call you back on this number and another. I did not answer.

I Che ked tge number and it came up as Russian Federation Pyatigarsk. Don't fall for it!
