Also used my wife s name, instead of mine, and she s not an Orange/EE customer. Told them I could hardly hear them. They said they d call again soon with a different headset. Don t trust them. A Cold Caller Scammer who claimed to be from MBI, who wants to manage a £10,000 account for us. He claimed I have downloaded something from MBI which I didn't and even claimed that he doesn't have my email. He was obviously reading from a script so told him that he isn't having my email as it is obvious that I haven't download anything.
